Sandra Yates

Yates has acquired decades of experience in direct fundraising and planning.  Her primary focus has been building the annual fund to create a fundraising pipeline and preparing for capital campaigns.  She played a major role in preparing the Spelman College for its most recent $250 million campaign.  She gained her experience as small to mid-size public and private universities including Swarthmore College and Lincoln University.  Yates has also built the fundraising structure for several non-educational not for profit agencies as well.  Her specialties are Major and Annual Campaign Planning and Management and Prospect identification through database management.
